SUMMARY 
The Alivi Reporting and Analytics Director will deliver actionable business insights by creating a business-aligned reporting and analytics strategy. Will analyze cost and utilization trends across healthcare programs, develop strategies to optimize provider contracts, and drive operational improvements. They will work with cross-functional teams to implement alternative payment models, manage financial performance, and ensure efficient resource utilization. This role involves developing predictive models, managing risk, and providing data-driven insights to enhance outcomes and reduce costs.
 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Financial Strategy & Analysis: Analyze cost and utilization trends to identify opportunities for improving financial performance.
  • Align organizational Strategy with Reporting & Analytics Insights Strategy: Establish the business context. Assess the existing BI environment. Undergo high level BI services requirements gathering.
  • Operational Efficiency: Reengineer processes and leverage data to improve workflows, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
  • Risk Management: Develop predictive models to identify outliers and implement strategies for cost control and improved operational leverage.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports and present insights to senior management and stakeholders to improve financial and operational outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with clinical, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
 
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Skills:

  • Industry Skills: Expertise in value-based care, financial forecasting, and risk stratification
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), data manipulation techniques, and data visualization best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret complex data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and key performance metrics relevant to the healthcare and Non-Emergency Transportation.
  • Collaboration and Experience: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful reports.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data modeling concepts is a plus.
